Can I upgrade my MB & CPU w/o problems w/ my HD?

Will I have to reinstall everything, or is it possible to just change the CPU & MB and then have everything boot up again just fine?

depends...if it's Intel P4 then yes...if AMD and you use the same chipset and CPU type (Athlon Xp 2000+ upgrade to 2400+ etc) then yes. If you go from VIA to NForce then no. Intel to Via/SIS then no

YMMV ..depends on your OS and what parts you coming from and what parts are you going to

You should always do a fresh install of an OS after a mobo switch.
