Can I upgrade CPU fan (Dell Inspiron 570 Desktop)

Can you point me in the right direction?

Do I need to upgrade the power supply?
If so, can you give me a link to a compatible one?
(Just a good enough value, not a Ferrari of PS's)

Do I only replace the fan, or both the heatsink/fan?
I only want a simple plug and play ...the 4 screws that go into the MB.

is your PC open to updates?

if yes then

you'll need to replace both fan and heat sink, replacing it with an aftermarket unit will make much more sense the one I can suggest is cooler Master hyper 212 evo pretty quiet and simple plug and play.

I don't know if replacing your PSU will be necessary but in case it is then corsair CX 750 watt should be compatible enough.

The TX3 is ADJUSTABLE to AMD and Intel sockets.

If you don't trust that, get the 212 EVO. Remove the original base on your board and use the one that comes with the cooler. It is adjustable to virtually any socket.
