can I trust an international buyer with 36 positive ebay feedback?

I sold 2 bfg 6800gts on ebay one to a guy from the land down unda. How is the custom tax over there? even he doesnt know. Anyways, he sent me the money via paypal, but am kinda worried to ship it as I usually wait for the payment to clear into my bank, but then again he is 36-0. Also, I sold another to someone in Italy 10-0. Think they are both safe?

well Im paranoid now, because last time I sold the same item to an argentinian buyer with 0 feedback, he payed me way more than it costs, and when I requested a withdrawl for it to go to my bank, paypal reversed the payment sent my pp account into the negative, and left me with 3 months to pay it back. Luckily I waited the extra day before I shipped it.

Not the best idea to accept paypal from overseas accounts as there is no paypal protection at all. Buyer can just say they never got anything and even if you have a signature from the Pope, your account goes negative.
Feedback also means absolutely nothing as the account could be hijacked.

don't do international shipping ever again, or at least don't accept paypal from these guys (i'd stick to money order or cashier's check). but i'd honor these two auctions (wait until they clear though) and ship it out if everything goes as expected.

Well I make it clear in my auctions that I don't accept paypal from anyone but US confirmed addresses. I usually inform international buyers that they can pay through bidpay.com (they used to stink but are much better now). I give the buyer a discount on what it would have cost me in paypal fees, so it pretty much irons out the extra cost of the bidpay service to them.
