Can I transfer Windows XP Product Keys to another computer?

I acquired several non-functional computers. Is it OK to harvest the Product Keys on the stickers on the cases and use them on other computers?

No, the OEM licenses aren't intended to be re-used on anything but the computer they were first licensed to. If they were retail licenses, then it could be done (but the sticker and installation key wouldn't be stuck to the computer in that case, either).
