Can I still buy a cheap-o computer with XP?

I was going to buy my parents a cheap prebuilt system for internet usage, but suddenly I found I can't buy any systems with XP. Since I would like something I know well in case I have to troubleshoot something, I would rather stay away from Vista. Does anyone know where I can still get a prebuilt system on the cheap with an XP license?
 
I think BB and CC and the like are still purging their XP computer stock, you might be able to nab one.
 
I have a few computers I'm selling but they all have Win2k on them. I don't really want to ship them either tho. Check craigslist.

That's what I'd like to hear 🙂
I'd really prefer not to give them something used. I could probably scrounge up some parts and build it myself, but I'd like to give them something guaranteed to be stable and also have some sort of warranty to fall back on if needed.
