Can I SLI these two different GTX 560s?

It should work without problems. Equalize clocks to be sure. SLI is still way more restrictive than CF but different brands of the same card should work.

A few things

1. That board doesn't support SLI, it seems. Not mentioned in the specs.
2. You didn't mention your PSU. You'd need at least 650W with four 6-pin PCIe power connectors to run 560 SLI.
3. What is your CPU? If it's not an overclocked FX or X4/X6, you run the risk of bottle necking the 560's, depends on your resolution and the games you play.
4. Why would you want to SLI anyway? A GTX 660 Ti is just as fast as 560 SLI while consuming less power than a single 560. You'd be better off upgrading to that. In addition, with 560 SLI you're still limited to only 1GB of VRAM, it doesn't double. This is a bit of a handicap because 560 SLI is fast enough to take advantage of settings that use over 1GB.

Thank you for saving me from wasting my money. I never realized, until you pointed it out, that my board only does CF.
