Can I sell my WinXP Pro once activated?

Having recently kicked XP to the curb and gone back to WIn2K, Can I sell my copy of WinXP Pro? Even though I have activated it?

sure you can sell it but when the person who buys it tries to activate it & can't because it's already activated, will you refund his/her money?

I wouldn't sell it w/o telling the person. I am wondering if the license is transferrable after activation. I have no use for it.

AFAIK the activation period has a roll over period of 120 days.
supposidly this means that you should be able to reactivate the copy on a different system without a hiccup from M$ after 120 days post activation or at least that's the theory!

Yes you can. When the person tries to activate it he will just have to call in to microsoft activation. Just tell him to say he installed all new hardware.
