Can I sell a copy of MS office that I do not have installed?

My lab purchased an instrument that came with a computer. The package included a copy of MS office 2003 pro BCM OEM. My lab has a site license and I installed our copy of MS office on it instead. My question is can I sell the copy of MS office since it is OEM? The software was installed on the computer when it came, but we wiped and reinstalled everything on the computer once we get it.
 
Does it say "not for resale" on it?
(I think it probably does because it's OEM and it came with the computer)
 
It does not say "Not for resale" any where on it. It is OEM though so does that mean I could sell it as long as I included hardware with it?
