Can I run Windows 2000 on and Xbox?

I know you can run Windows 2000 via Linux on an Xbox, but can you run it independantly of Linux? I would like to get an Xbox and use it as a media center PC and Stepmania (Dance Dance Revolution on PC) machine.

There is a media center application for xbox if you have a modded one.
