If you mean run an import PSX game on an un-modded, domestic PS2, no, you can't do it.

i actually was sort of subtly trying to ask if there was any non-import version of this game in existence to anyones knowledge.

Vib ribbon has never been imported into the US, unfortunately.

Goddamn that game is a trip. Those odd songs are addicting as hell though.
