Can I run raid and Ide hd?

I have a KT3 Ultra that I've been running a raid 0 setup on for about a year. I added a hard drive to the secondary ide port to use as storage. There is a cd/rw and dvdrom on the primary. I can see the hd in bios and in Belarc, but it's not showing in My Computer. I can't seem to find it to access it. Any suggestions?
PS: I tried it jumpered as CS and with no jumpers on it and got the same results.
 
I think what vietofmars is trying to say is that you may need to partition the drive, that is probably why it doesn't show up in My Computer. You could check in your device manager list and see if the hard drive is listed, that would be the first thing to do. If it's not there, then go back to the bios.
