Hey I have a dell inspiron 5594, i have an i7 10510U, 8GB RAM and no GPU (only intigrated).... so can i run csgo?

Run it, keep reducing graphic parameters untill you are happy with the framerate.

Run it,of course you can.How is the question.If you lower the settings you should be able to get a decent framerate.60 fps should be no problem

i have tried to play it twice and it maxes out my CPU freezes then become extremely laggy... i have not turned down any settings tho, let me try that

the lower the resolution, the less of a "GPU" you'll need and rely more on the CPU. You probably can run it, but u won't have a good time.
