I have a BH6 mb im swapping ot my 300a for a faster chip I am also putting in 256mb of PC133 ram. Question is ....I still have a stick of PC100 ram ...can I put it on the MB and run it along side the new PC133 ? the Fsb will be running at 100mhz. Thanks
Yep, no problems there. I have four sticks of RAM on my MB, three PC133 and one PC100, running at a 100 MHz bus. You're just "underclocking" your PC133.
I have the same MB that you have, Abit BH6 and I am doing that exact thing. 1 stick of 256 pc133 and 1 stick of 64 pc100, all running perfectly at pc100 for 6 months now. You should have no problems whatsoever.
