3.4GHz Quad Core (AMD PhII Heka)
GTX 560Ti Single
8GB RAM

At 1680x1050?

Plenty of discussion on this elsewhere and you can see the recommended requirements.

Thanks.

Good question the rest of the pc gaming world is worrying about maxing it out while some people wanna know how their dual and triple core processors will match up with lets say a 6850.

Got a friend sitting on a x2 555 and a 8800gts and shes scared to death of even buying it cause how the game rapes dual cores

You could probably run at a mixture of high and ultra settings, only with MSAA/Post AA disabled. Turning off HBAO or SSAO will also free up some FPS, but the lighting looks a little flat without them.

Will it run? Yes. But if you have a 1080P display, you are going to have to have most settings at low. Although you have a dual core, 4GHz should be enough to run it without many issues from the CPU side of things. I have a 5750 overclocked and it runs the game ok with everything set at low at 1080P. At 720P, then the game runs fine with everything cranked up.

The OP said he had a Quad core Phenom II. There is no way he will need to put his settings on low.

I played for an hour last night on a 24 inch monitor at 1900x1200 with almost all settings on high/ultra (NO AA).

I'm running 5850, 4gb of ram, i7 920

I have a friend running it on a C2D with an HD 3850 which is actually below minimum requirements. He says it still runs alright on low settings.
