Can I run an IDE 120GB WD HD behind Raid 0?

I am planning to run IDE raid 0 with 2 Maxtor 120GB 8MB cache and I also want to put in a 120GB WD IDE HD set as the Primary Master for backup. Will this setup cause any conflicts. Please advice my Raid contoller is coming in tomorrow.
