Can I run a X1900 XT on a 380-watt Antec TP 2.0?

Computer is running AMD 3800+ X2 and 1GB DDR. Along with a 34GB Raptor and 200GB HDD. The PSU is the one that comes with the Antec Sonata case and it already includes a PCI-E Power connector. I have been running a 6600GT in it until now.

Generally I wouldn't risk it.. It might suffice but how much A does it give on the 12V?

The 380W version came with the Sonata I. If I remember correctly, the first Truepowers had around 24 A.

Don't risk it.

Don't go with that model. The Smartpowers are the crappy models. The NeoHe's are decent quality(Seasonic built). I would go grab a cheap a Fortron PSU or even the NeoHE 550 as it's been on sale with a rebate.

I had a Antec TP 430W and it fried, smoked, lightened actually. My setup is E6400+DS3+2GB+X1900XT, no OC. So don't even try it.

You'd better buy a 500W PSU with dual rail, 18A+16A at least. X1900 XT is really power hungry.
