I have a wireless ethernet bridge that currently has an ethernet cable from to an xbox 360. I have two computer in this room that barely picks up wireless signal from my router. Can I run an ethernet cable from my bridge into a wired router, and then connect those two computers to the router via ethernet?

I bolded the part that poses an difference compared to the thread title. To do this with a router will take some configuration, to do this with a wired hub/switch shouldn't require any config. Yes, it should work either way.

Turn off DHCP on the router and attach the bridge and computers to the LAN ports only. Don't use the WAN port. You may need a crossover cable depending on if the router (now acting as a switch only) does auto-mdi (auto-crossover) or not.
