i have a winmodem so i am unable to access the internet under linux. This is very annoying so i was thinking i could use vmware or Wine to run my winmodem. If it is possible with wine , can you tell me how i would start wine and how i would use my modem under it? i think i can figure it out if it will work with vmware.
