Can I run a 8800GTS?

I have an HP Pavilion a1130n. Over the years I've upgraded it with a new 500 Watt PSU, AMD X2 3800, ATI x800pro, and 2 gigs of ram. I would like to in an 8800GTS...could I put it in my rig? I currently have a huge Arctic Cooler on my ATI (which takes to PCI slots)...so I'm positive it would fit. I just would like a second opinion.

Thanks for any help.

As long as your PSU is up to the task and there's enough physical space you should be fine. I know that lots of OEM boxes tend to cram everything into proprietary cases to get a sleeker exterior so that may be something to look out for. I don't think you'll have a problem with the card's width, but you may want to double check the length and make sure it doesn't run into HDDs or fans. The GTS/GT are 9.5" but you'll want about 10" since the PCI-E power adapter is on the side and not the top.
