Can I request more reaction icons?

It seems like half the time when I want to react to a post there is no appropriate reaction icon.

The first thing I want to note is that there are several smilies without matching reaction icons. , and seem like the most important ones to me. Maybe too.

Other reactions I sometimes want to post include :facepalm: - though rolleyes may work for that - and something for when someone makes a bad joke. I'd suggest something along the lines of "smacking someone with a large trout" for that, as that used to be a traditional expression around here, but I'm not sure if you could come up with anything that specific.

It seems here we are talking about the insuffucuent number of smilies that the website provides in its insert smilies interface.

Whether the site administrators take action on this idea, is up to them, but I would like to give a suggestion to those facing this issue, to make it less of an issue.

On Windows 10 regardless if you have touch screen or not, all Windows 10 computers have its on screen key board interface installed. This interface can be used with a mouse even, so touch screen is not a requirement.


Just left click on the task bar if you do not see a keyboard icon, and select "Show touch keyboard". Now there should be a keyboard icon next to the date and time.

Click on it. Then click on the smiley face.




A whole bunch of emojis will show up as options,just click on the one you want. After you are done, just click on the exit sign on the Windows 10 on-screen keyboard interface.
