Report them for what exactly?

Cats are predators. Birds, rabbits, mice, etc. are all their prey.

Besides rabbits are a pest.

The cat did you a favor.

Short answer: No. The cat is really just settling with it's natural instinct.

Short answer with action to it: Chase the cats off until they don't come back, buy a cheap-ass "children's" bb gun and give it a shot to the ass everytime it comes near the rabbits. You'll want to get one that's spring loaded as opposed to air powered. Spring loaded will leave a nice little bruise that will teach the cat well, maybe a welt. Air powered would likely penetrate the skin. Either way, neither method is endorsed by any pet loving agency, and as I'm a tad bit of an animal lover, I'd say contact a local animal lover's group and see what solutions they propose.

Another one of those damned city kids again.

Kid, I've accidentally run over more animals with my lawnmower than that cat will kill in nine lifetimes. Get over it. Besides, it's a fvcking _rabbit_. It's a rodent, the damn things are no better than rats and they multiply like, well, rabbits. It's not like there aren't about a billion more where that came from.

Welcome to the way nature works. If something this stupid bothers you, congratulations, you have a future with the nutcases at PETA.
