My mom has an iMac about 4yrs old. Recently her mail program has gone nuts. it was giving errors about not connecting to the mail server. I re-did all her settings and it started working again.
last night she rebooted it and now when she checks her mail it starts the new mail setup wizard every time. it's like she forgot about her accounts.
1)is there a way to reinstall the mail app?
2)is there a way to get the current mail in folders off her mac? with the account info missing it won't show mail it already has on there.
