I agree. You'll have to research any documentation available on that system. Being that it's an OEM system, most probably it won't say "standard ATX form factor" or something like that.
What you'll probably have to do is physically compare that motherboard to a standard ATX motherboard and see if the mounting holes line up with the holes in a standard ATX case. You could always drill new holes in the case, however. Another thing to consider is the IO (back) panel. Some OEM systems that don't adhere to the ATX standard have their ports all over place and might not line up with a standard IO shield (metal snap in plate that covers the ports.
