Can I readd the ADMIN$ share in Windows NT Server?

A tech. that was here before me deleted the ADMIN$ and IPC$ shares from our company's NT 4 server. I need to readd them so that I can install Norton A/V Corp. Edit.

Any ideas?

Never mind I found it in the Server Manager.
