can i put a k62 in a Tri Gem Mobo?

I was given an emachine 333c. It has a Cyrix MII 333c MMX CPU with a Tri Gem socket 7 mobo (Model DEHLI III Rev 3, I think). Would a K62 work on the mobo? How fast a processoer would I be able to get? And where the hell can I find information on my motherboard, I didn't get a manual or anything.
