just like the title says. fujitsu wants $50 if i buy it with a new laptop. is there anyway to get it separately (and for cheaper) or is the OS only oem?

It's not only OEM in a sense that it's an OEM item, it's only distributed to manfacturers, and you can't get it through online stores that sell OEM stuff, the policy in it is very strict as it seems to me.
