can I print multiple copies of file in windows

can you print multiple copies of a file extension or foramt in windows?
For example I have folder called html which has 50 ***.html pages
in linux I can do something like
lp -d printername *.html

can I do something similar in windows command prompt or dos etc?

dir *.html > LPT1

or

dir *.html > htmlfilelist.txt

then print htmlfilelist.txt.
