Can I plug an HD Cable Box with DVI out into the DVI-D on my Dell 2005FPW?

nevermind: just read this.


I'm not sure if the DVI out on the cable box is the same as the DVI-D on the monitor...isn't the -D different or something? If I can though and I plug the box in to it, would I be able to watch HD channels on monitor?

I currently use the RGB input since I have an older ATI 9600Pro card.
