every lottery I've ever seen is cash only. Otherwise people would max out their credit cards and end up in debt when they lost...

I was paying for gas with my credit card a year or two ago and I wanted to buy a scratchoff for sh1ts and giggles but they said only cash or debit for lotto tickets.

This was TX so YMMV.

We all know CA lottery is the only decent lottery out there. I mean we get larger jackpots then powerball.

In most states it is illegal to give a loan for gambling purposes and that includes credit cards.
