Can I play Diablo 3 on DSL 768KB?

Need internet for a house I have to get away to when in the mood, and I don't want massive bills for something I don't use every day but still want to play D without disabling lag or terrible video. Anybody have experience with slowish DSL?

Thank you. I do not know what the actual speed will be or the latency. I have wireless data. I wonder what Diablo 3 would use in data per hour.
