Can I play Bulletstorm?

I am thinking of buying the game but i don't know if i can play it in my country. On the EA download manager it says that the game uses G4WL and it is only available in the countries that are listed on the page. My question is that if i buy the game will i be able to play multiplayer and will i be able to play Co-op with a guy that lives in a country which isn't listed either?
 
I live in israel and the other dude in serbia. oh and i cant find the game on steam, even if i click your link it shows me and error page
 
I believe the steam copy also uses G4WL so that won't help. I dont' nkow the answer but you could try mailing MS support. No clue if they would bother to answer.
