I hate when they do that.
Call the depot to make sure the package isn't in a truck on a route first, but you should be able to pick it up.

My mom tried to pick it up on her way home from work and they would't allow her to have it even though it was there .... lol

Mmmmmm and I get home from work to find a FedEx thing on my door knob. They left the package at my apartment's office... 🙂

btw, the "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" still had not shown up on there site at 3pm... the last time I had checked it.
