can i overclock p2 400mhz on msi 6119 mobo

hi all,

Im new to this overclocking,,,i have tried to overclock my 400mhz pentium 2 running on a micro star 6119 v1.1 motherboard at 4.5 on a 100mhz bus to give me 450mhz in the bios,,however banchmarking reveals that it is still running at 400mhz,,,,so i need to up the bus to 133 mhz? but there seems to be no jumpers on the board for me to set,,and i have read that the cpu sets the bus speed to either 66 or 100mhz by default,,any help would be appreciated. i have included a link to my mother board manual if any one fancys a challenge.>>>>
