Can I organize the cgi-bin folder?

I recently installed Fileman on my website and it works fine. Now I want to install AWStats, but both require that I upload to my cgi-bin. Am I allowed to organize the scripts that I install by putting them into their own folders? Fileman is already installed so I assume that I shouldn't move it around, but would it be OK to install AWStats to cgi-bin/awstats? Thanks.

As long as the server doesn't mind, it's not a problem. Chances are it will work, and if you want to find out, just give it a try. 🙂
