Can I OC with these temps?

I have a Q6600 g0 running at stock now.
The cooler is an arctic freezer pro. My temps right now (while running BOINC which uses 100% cpu) are 57 54 56 57.

I'm also using a DS3L and 2gb corsair xms2 ddr2 800 5-5-5-18 RAM.

you're good. u can push ur Q6600 a bit more till ur temps hit 72C ish

If you really want to overclock, you should lap the heatsink and the cpu's integrated heatsink. If you do that, you can see temperature drop of as much as 10C. There's plenty of information over at xtremesystems.
As you can see, the q6600 ihs isn't very flat and has a coat of nickel, which is a poor heat conductor, over the copper. Also, your AC freezer's base isn't well polished either according to my memory.
