Can I OC this CPU/mobo combo?

I am about to get a retail A64 3200+ (754-pin) and a DFI LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb motherboard. I know, 939-pin is better, but I just can't afford it. Anyway, with two sticks of PC3200 Hyper-X memory, what type of overclock ability does this combo have? I presume I will need to replace the stock HSF?

Hopefully you can understand that noone can tell you because it is very chip dependant. Look for 2.4-2.7 on air.

Not to sound ignorant, but what is this chip's stock FSB/multi?

I think it's 200/ x11 for a Newcastle and x10 for a clawhammer
