i am not a big overclocker but i'm thinking i can't get much out of over clocking because i would have to change my FSB to 133.Is this the case? if so how high can i go?

You don't have to change the FSB at all. Just unlock the chip and change the multiplier. What motherboard are you using? If it's a KT133 based mobo then you won't be able to up the FSB that much anyway.

pc100 cas2 seems to run at pc133 no problem. if your dram has SPD on it, in fact the board should set cas3 automatically if you run at 133
