Amazon sent me some checks, but they never had my SSN. They sent me a 1099-MISC, but still does not have the SSN filled in. Can I go ahead and ignore this on my tax return?

No. When the IRS matches it up with your tax return, and they find you didn't report it, you'll get socked with penalties and interest.

We're talking about $100 in me paying them. =(

Anyways, I guess I won't take the chance. I haven't found a place to enter 1099-MISC info in the California State Tax Forms.. am I using the wrong form?

Just offset that amount with the "black tax credit".
The IRS says you can't do it, but don't worry. They just say that to keep the white people from getting it.

Wouldn't only matter if you made over $500 from them?
