Can I modify what comes up on a right-click context menu?

When I right-click on an MP3 file, I get a dozen extra options added from either WinAMP, Windows Media Player, Norton AntiVirus, etc. that I don't want.

Is there a way to remove certain ones that I never use? I know in WinAMP, for example, I can remove all of them, but not certain ones that I don't use.

In explorer, go to "Tools", "Folder Options.". Go to the "File Types" tab and find the file type that has the extra options. Click the Advanced button and you should see a list of the extra options. You can delete, add and change them.

I know how to remove items, but is it possible to add shortcut items to the context menu...ie, shortcuts to commonly-used programs?
