Can I modify AT case to ATX?

I have an older AT full tower case that is very solidly built and I was wondering if I could upgrade it to accept ATX boards? I know I'd have to replace the power supply, but would there have to be much extensive work needed?

Obviously it would be better to get a new case, but.... $$

Cheaper to get a new case. You also need to cut the at case to make room, at is like square shape chase, atx is more rectangle shape.
 
I did this to an old ALR full tower that I had. All I did was to replace the power supply and added two momentary pushbutton switches to the front panel of the computer. The switches were for the reset and power on. I used two switches from radio shack and an old used ATX power supply and an AX6BC board. This configuration is currently the home of my Linux/Windows Me experimental box. It has a celeron 400 processor that is overclocked to 450, very stable box expecially for a throw together project. It has been running for about a year.
