Can I mix PC100 and PC133 memory?

I need to add more memory. Can I add 128Mb of PC133 to my existing 64Mg of PC100 Ram? I am running a DFI K6BV3+ Mother Board, AMD K6-2 450 Mhz, nothing fancy. Are there any advantages to PC133 with my setup?
