Can I mix Office 2000 apps with Office XP apps?

I have Office 2000 Pro and I'm about to buy Office XP Standard which doesn't include Access. Can I still use the 2000 version of Access along with the new XP apps?


Do I just install XP over my current Office apps or do I have to uninstall Office 2000 first?
