Can I mix and match PC133 and PC100 RAM

I got a brick of PC100 64MB and I was wondering if I could add a brick of 128MB PC133?

yes is you run only at a100 mhz or if that 64 Mb pc100 happens to be able to handle pc133.

Sure but they will both run with syncronous clock rates i.e 100mhz

Ditto to the above assuming that you are running a 100mhz FSB. Even if you only had 133 sticks of memory it, they would still run at 100. Memory, however, usually can be overclocked without too much difficulty. If you're doing overclocking and notice problems, the first thing to check would be your PC100 stick.
