Can I make a sandwich with bbq'd chicken the night before and eat it the next day?

I'd refrigerate it overnight and then keep it in a cooler during the day.

My trainer said that would be fine, definitely. What concerned me was that she didn't even mention that I shouldn't leave it at room temperature or anything like that. I think she wants me to die as I've prepaid for the next 6 months.

Any chance you can differentiate what would make it go bad and what would keep it good? Just tryin gt omake sure you're not making a "comedic" response like the others.
