Is there a command to make a 'restore point' from a batch file?

[I'd like restore point created every night at 2am..]

Those directions make you need to have VBS scipting on, which I thought was a security risk..

Just don't run VBS scripts that you don't trust.

Just turning your computer on is a security risk, at some point you have to decide if the functionality tradeoff is worth it or not.
