Can I make 2 locations point to the same folder?

Let's say I want C:\games and D:\porn to be the same folder. Is that possible? I know you can do this with physical drives such as making the D drive the same as C:\porn, but how do I do this with folders?

Its called 'junctions'. IDK if it works on XP but this is entirely possible with Vista.
