Can I keep streaming internet video fullscreen when my browser is a background window

I have 2 monitors. Often I'd like to view a fullscreen video on one while working on the other, but if it's web video like youtube, the minute I tab back to my primary application I'm using, the video reverts to its default size. I'm using WinXP pro 32biit and Firefox.

ps - not sure if this is the right forum, apologies if not.

You would have to use two different browsers.
