Can I keep my old PSU?

So I am thinking about upgrading my Athlon 1900+ system that I bought 3 years ago. I am going to upgrade to a A64 3000+ (venice), probably with a 6600GT and NF4 MB.

My current PSU is an ATX Enermax Whisper 350W, it's exactly 3 years old...will it work with my new system?

Well after reading the sticky at the top of this forum, I am confident it will work fine...it's rated for 17A on the 12V rail. Worst comes to worst, I will have to upgrade later....
