Can I install US Windows XP over Foreign Windows XP?

My dad got me a computer several months ago from Korea, the only thing is the OS is Windows XP Korean and I can't understand a thing. I want to install the english version of windows xp but I'm not sure if it will retain all the drivers? It's kinda like a "Imac" with all the hardware incuded in one, heres a link:

I'm not sure if its the left one or the middle one but I'm wondering if I could install it without missing all the drivers.

i think there is a way in windows xp to change the language, not sure how though. try looking on google

control panel>Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options>Regional and Language Options.

Thats only if the english language pack is installed.
