My 7600GT has slots for those s-video outputs, so can I hook an xbox's video cables to that and the audio cable to my speakers and play it on my monitor?

I'm not 100% sure but I wouldn't think so. The s-video connector on your card is an output only as far as I know.

Unless it is a VIVO (Video In Video Out) type card, I am sure that is a Svideo out for outputting your PC's display to a television.

You don't need a tuner card, just a card with VIVO capabilities (so it has video in AND video out, but not a tuner for plugging in cable or an antenna.) A tuner (or a video card with a tuner) also has these capabilities.

Also... jesus, could you make your sig a little longer? Please cut it down, put multiple items per line, or make a rig page. I know you spent a lot of money, but nobody gives a damn about your wireless router and floppy drive.

QFT on both counts.

Absolutely not. You would need a video capture card, and even then I'm not sure if it would work.

I've used two different ATI cards(These cards has INPUTS) to do this, BUUUT...it lags like woah, ~2 sec lag in response time. I used 9700pro AIW and Remote Wonder Pro.

Yeah, lag'll kill you unless you use good software. Buy a nice cheap hi-def TV card (Compro Videomate T-200 works well), and use Dscaler with the S-video input.
